On Saturday, Brian and I attended the wedding of our friends Scott and Laura. It was a beautiful event with a reception at Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica. I cried when Laura walked down the isle. She just looked so beautiful and the music did not help my tears of joy for her.
I picked this dress because I loved the color and the way it flows. I did not want to spend a lot since I knew I would be dancing and partying until the sun goes down and did not want to have to worry about it- especially with an open bar all night. Funny thing was- I matched all the bouquets which featured yellow flowers.
The appetizers were amazing, including these sliders.

The wedding theme was the beach with seashells and starfish to match.
The cake was peanut butter and strawberry!

Best part of the night, I caught the bouquet and Brian caught the garter! Does that hold any significance? I think so… (wink.)
