Pink Business

One of the great perks of being a fashion blogger is that I can dress how I want for business meetings. No stuffy black suits or required pantyhose. I get to show up dressed in what I want. Obviously I am not going to show up looking like I am ready to hop on a plane to Las Vegas (which I hope to go sometime this summer ;), but I do get to wear more comfortable clothing that has my own personal spin on it.

Take these shorts for instance. I have been wearing them everywhere. They even came to Hawaii with me. Yet I was able to dress them up with a nice neon pink blazer. I also tucked my t-shirt in to polish the look a bit more. Heels make every outfit more glam and accessories are like the cherry on top. They add the perfect effect to bring an outfit to the next level. What do you think?

Side note: Isn’t it hilarious that I can spend 5 day in Hawaii and still be the same color I was before I left? It’s sad really, but maybe it means I’ll get less wrinkles as I get older. 🙂
