Palm Trees in Cali

Happy Monday guys! I This past weekend was full of adventures. I apologize for the never ending Instagram photos of delicious food. I was spoiled this weekend. My mom and I had a mother daughter day on Friday. We got our eyebrows threaded for the first time at Studio DNA. Thanks to Armineh it was quick and painless. After some pampering we tried a new restaurant on Melrose Ave called Taste. We couldn’t help, but pop into the Dash store as well. Can someone explain to me why they need two security guards there? They were not nice about me trying to snap a photo either.

Friday night Brian and I met friends for dinner at our favorite BYOB restaurant in Venice- Mao’s. You have to try it if you ever visit LA! Saturday night was a night out with my loves Steven and Cecily at Bottega Louie. I am sure you have all seen a photo of a macaron from there at some point or another. Their dessert selection is so overwhelming I can never pick one. And of course, the usual everything omelet Sunday at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market.

For this week, I decided to start off this week with an outfit full of Cali sunshine for you all 😉 How cute is this two piece? I found it browsing around on Macys.com, always a dangerous thing for me to do. Palm tree prints are hot right now and I cannot get enough of them.
