I stepped out of my comfort zone with this outfit. Normally I am not one to expose my bra, but for this top- I was willing to push my own limits. I found this top on super sale at Bloomingdale’s months back and didn’t hesitate to take it home and save it for NYFW. The accessories and handbag were kept to a minimum to let the top shine. The strappy Brian Atwood heels added an extra sexy touch.
All night people kept staring at me and because I felt like I was wearing a shirt it didn’t bother me too much. This top will make an appearance on the blog again someday- maybe as it’s original purpose- a swimsuit cover up;) What do you think?
I had planned to wear this outfit to some of the Fashion Week shows, but ended up wearing it for a night on the town in the Meatpacking district. I love the cobblestone streets there and all the one-of-a-kind restaturans in the area. We wended up having dinner at a Mexican restaurant called Dos Caminos. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the family size guacamole and house margaritas.
