New Girl Expo

Last month I had the incredible honor to speak on the blogger panel at the New Girl Expo. It was a goal of mine as a blogger to speak on a panel. I love public speaking actually. I feel I have a lot to say, plenty of great tips for aspiring bloggers and young girls, tons of funny stores. Not to mention hardships and how I broke through them. I spoke on the panel with fellow bloggers that I absolutely adore and who inspire me: Roxy, Kier, Melanee, Elizabeth, Mel, Dawn, and Kasheera. The best part was, after the first panel, a girl came up to me, thanked me for speaking, and told me she really related to me and that I inspired her. That is what I wanted, to inspire people around me to fight for their dreams and what they believe in.

Was I nervous? At first. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat! Thanks to New Girl Expo and host Roxy Limon for allowing me to be part of your special event. Thank you to my photography RG for coming all the way down town to be there to capture this event in the making. By the way- I have just added speaking on LuckyFabb’s panel to my bucket list. In the meantime, I will be working on making all my other dreams come true 😉
