A few of you asked me about my Instagram photos from this past weekend. I admit, I was a beach house in Malibu with Pivotal PR for their latest product launch with Patti Stranger. Some of you know from her TV show “The Millionaire Matchmaker” which I have been a fan of since my college days. (Years ago people, let’s not go there.) Anyway, Patti is launching a new matchmaking app! I got to meet her and she is just as fabulous in person. Melanee, Joann and I had fun taking photos down by the beach, sipping some Owl’s Brew (best tea ever!) and enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Awesome #TRBeachHouse party thank you Pivotal!
My starfish necklace and coral earrings provided the perfect accessories for my sailor skirt. Style Tip: If you are going to be by the ocean and are not wearing a swimsuit underneath, make sure to wear clothing that will not fly up and show your undies with the slightest gust of wind. You do not want to have to worry about holding your skirt down and trying to have an conversation. I bought this skirt for $6 on the clearance rack last year at Francesca’s on Montana Ave and this is the first time I have worn it. Why? I don’t know, maybe I was not sure about the sailor buttons, but it is the perfect length for so many occasions!
And yes, this is my natural, curly, hair. I figured it was going to get wind blown either way so might as well go all natural.
