LuckyFABB West Coast Edition: Day 1

I had the privilege of attending Lucky Magazine’s Luckyfabb event this year. I had so much fun with Lucky last fall in NYC that I knew I had to come back. It is the biggest fashion & beauty blogger event of the year and it was absolutely incredible. I got to meet other fashionistas from all over the country, learn how to grow as a professional blogger, and connect with some of my favorite brands (BCBG you know who you are!)

If there is ever a time other than NYFW to pull out all the stops and look absolutely fabulous THIS IS IT. The thing about fashion events is that some people feel it is the time to show off the most expensive items you own. I disagree because I find a creatively put together outfit much more enthralling. I had found this amazing neon dress only a week prior to LuckyFABB and knew instantly when I saw it that this would be the first outfit for the two day event. I accessorized with a statement necklace also from H&M. My favorite DIY blogger Kristen from Glitter ‘n Glue took a photo of it so maybe we will get to see her recreate it soon on her blog. My trusty Pippa bag came along for the day. It was just big enough to carry everything without feeling overwhelming. You can see my outfit from last year’s Luckyfabb event here.
