L’Cheriyve: Trenchcapades… Recently I had the immense pleasure of visiting the L’Cheriyve headquarters. I was drawn to the beautifully styled trench coats from their Trenchcapades collection that I saw on Dana’s blog. A couture style coat designed and made right here in Los Angeles. Founder and creator Yvette Poole took me on a personal tour of her business and what she wants to give her customers-a unique experience where women can feel adored.
The Trenchcapades collection offers a unique combination of lady like class and seductiveness. Never has a woman looked or felt more sexy in a trench coat whether she decides to wear it to work, to a black-tie gala, or at home with nothing else for her significant other.
From the moment I put one on I immediately felt like I could conquer the world. The fabric is incredibly light weight and flexible, I did not even notice I was wearing it after a few minutes. What is more is that the inner material, a silk charmeuse and satin blend, is incredibly comfortable against my skin.

My absolute favorite piece is the L’Yvette coat. The black lace is timelessly romantic while the structured shoulders are feminine yet strong. the bold red interior was wild and beautiful much like the sole of a Christian Louboutin shoe. I could only imagine the attention a woman would draw walking on the streets of Paris and having the coat tails fly up to reveal the red beneath. This coat is truly made for a lady unafraid of the world and confident with herself.
Each piece is cut to order and tailored to fit your body, and yours alone. Multiple inner pockets allow plenty of room for whatever you desire to carry with you. A Trenchcapades coat is definitely an item I would be willing to splurge on knowing that I can wear it for years to come and always be in style.
It is easy to tell the amount of time and effort that goes into each piece. The quality of everything from the fit, hardware, fabric and design is a great representation of the expert craftsmanship of this brand.
A leopard interior to release the inner wild side in all of us. Each Trenchcapades order also comes with a unique surprise, but I can’t tell you. You’ll just have to see for yourself…. Just don’t forget to be adorned…
