Monday night Kelly and I attended the premier of the Herb Ritts documentary currently showing at the Getty Center in Los Angeles. It really brought out the best of Herb’s life story and I congratulate the film makers on putting it together so tastefully.
I was very proud of my younger sister, Kelly, who played Cindy Crawford’s body double. When you see the documentary, all of the moving images of a girl with long brown hair are of my sister. Go Kelly!
We also got to view the photography exhibit which included Herb’s fashion, nude and celebrity shots that he took over his lifetime. I’ll admit that I did not know who he was at first, but I recognized almost all of his photos and now I’m glad that I do because I really love his work.
Obviously I was not able to take pictures inside the exhibit, these are pictures before we entered, but I definitely recommend everyone who can to go see this exhibit. It will be traveling around the country.
