The Ultimate Glam Holiday Outfits Guide
Sequin Dresses
There is nothing I love more than a little sparkle like these New Year’s Eve outfit ideas. Head to toe sparkle like this gold sequin dress with a cozy and warm faux fur caplet are sure to have you ringing in the New Year in style.
Holiday Shoes
From sky high stilettos to red bow pumps to kitten heels, a pair of shoes always finish off the outfit. That is why I have rounded up a few of my favorite pairs including these pearl-encrusted stilettos and these red lace pumps. I especially love a red sole with rhinestone embellishments for the holidays.
Berry and Bright in Red
Red is my ultimate favorite holiday color. It’s bright, cheerful, festive and dazzling. No matter what fabric you wear, it is a gorgeous color all around in every shade.
Sparkling Jewelry Pieces
One of my favorite things to do is take a simple dress and transform it with sparkling accessories. A rhinestone belt, chandelier earrings and long strands of pearls.
Satin Jewel Tone Dresses
A classic jewel-toned dress in shimmering satin fabric like this maroon gown that I photographed in Paris is sure to make a statement. Dresses like these almost make excellent options for winter weddings. This red satin gown is a personal favorite of mine and ultra-dramatic to ring in the New Year.
Classic Handbags
There are handbags that will never go out of style. Sure some may be a bit more of an investment, but find a classic style you love and you’ll get every penny’s worth. That’s how I feel about my go-to Saint Laurent bag. It goes with everything and I can alter the chain strap to my desired length. Here is a less expensive black and gold suede bag that is also a great piece to wear with multiple outfits.
Holiday Worthy Blazers
I realize that blazers can often make people think of a work uniform. I like to think of blazers as the more sophisticated option to a sweater. And I particularly love blazers in lush fabrics such as velvet and in cool colors like bronze and gold.
Faux Fur
No matter the dress, a faux fur jacket or little caplet always keeps me warm and feeling glamourous. If it is your first time buying faux fur, I suggest investing in a black coat like this one. It can be dressed down with jeans or dressed up with a nice dress.
I will be adding more holiday outfit ideas throughout the next few weeks right here.
