December is right around the corner which means I have been running around like a mad woman preparing for my third annual 12 Days of Holiday Style. Next month, I’ll launch a series of holiday themed blog posts and giveaways. The preparation for this campaign begins in early November when I start picking out looks to feature on the blog. Each weekend I fill my car with all the clothes it can fit and venture out with my photographer to shoot different outfits. It’s a long process that requires tedious planning. From clothes, to shoes, accessories, handbags, jewelry and hair/makeup -the entire process takes a few hours. Not to mention having to put up with the weather! Last weekend it was 80 degrees when we were shooting winter looks. You can only imagine how difficult it was to pretend to be comfortable for the camera when really I could feel the sweat running down my back in a turtleneck sweater. This weekend it was cold and raining! Sadly, my hair was a lost cause by the end of the day.
