Faux leather, or pleather, is one of those trends I have started obsessing over. Faux lined jackets, faux leather leggings, it just adds such a cool “hey I’m a bad ass” kick to any outfit! Which is why I had to have this trumpet skirt when I saw it on CharlotteRusse.com. The story behind my mini shopping spree is that I won a gift card from Clothes and Fashion’s give away and went on a mini shopping spree. I could not help myself, this skirt was only $11 and luckily it is still available! I don’t think I could wear full faux leather pants, however. That just seems too hot in a literal sense. For this outfit, I threw in a bit more color by adding a blue necklace and enamel bangles. What do you think of this pleather trend?
