I’ve always been a tights + nylons kind of gal. It’s an extra layer to your look, added warmth, a way to add a bit of color to your legs, (and a quick fix if you forgot to shave them.) Tights were my go-to instead of pants when I worked in an office. I must have 30 pairs. My favorite styles are always everyday nude or black nylons. Particularly one with fun elements such as a back seam like these Wolford back seam tights.
Every once in a while you just find a dress that makes your heart flutter and you stalk it until it goes on major sale. That’s how I feel about this Johanna Ortiz peplum dress. It’s a true work of art and every time I lay eyes on it it makes me smile.
Is there ever a style you wish was still in it’s prime? That is how I feel about hats and fascinators that were once part of everyday dressing. Watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel brought it all back for me.
