I recently caught up with Z Gallerie to share the projects I am currently working on, pieces I cannot live without, and what I am looking forward to the most after this quarantine is over! Keep scrolling!

1) What home decor home projects have you taken over?

I started remodeling my guest bathroom. I want it to have a similar modern look to my master bathroom with white marble walls and a grey/white color palette. However, I am trying to keep it on a budget and be able to do the work myself. So instead of removing the tile on the walls and the floor, I am going to try sanding and painting it instead. I’ll keep you updated on the progress. Fingers crossed it turns out!

2) What helps you keep you motivated

The excitement to see the finished project, decorate the space, and share it with my readers on LauraLily.com! I am a bit one-track minded, so when I get inspired to start a project, it consumes me. I’ll head into a store for one item, and before you know it, I’ve walked out with an entire cart of items to start redecorating.

3) Have you learned any new recipes? If not what’s a favorite comfort meal?

I absolutely love to bake and right now, it is a toss-up between my classic chocolate chip and M&M cookies and these paleo-gluten free banana bread muffins I discovered on Pinterest.  I make the muffins with chocolate chips. I suppose you could say chocolate is a common theme in my favorite comfort meal food.  Of course, I always try to offset the sweets with something healthy like a green juice in the morning.  Get a juicer, drink one every morning. It will change your life.

4) Sweats or getting dressed up?

Right now, with quarantine, you’ll usually find me in sweatpants or workout clothes. But if I have a reason to go out, getting dressed up with always triumph! Wearing something fabulous gives you an extra pep in your step and hold your head a little higher.

5) Favorite Z Gallerie Product(s)

It’s a tie between the Z Gallerie Russo bar cart and the Pierre Cabinet! I’ve had this bar cart for years and it has made so many star appearances on this blog (See all the ways I’ve decorated It on LauraLily.com here.  I ordered the Pierre Cabinet last month and it is such a stunning and luxurious piece of furniture. Check out how I styled it in this IGTV video. Both pieces are sleek, sophisticated and versatile I don’t think I can choose a favorite!
