Two weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Breeder’s Cup at Santa Anita Park as a style ambassador. Kier, Roxy, and I arrived before the races began for a photo shoot. For some crazy reason, I volunteered to go first and arrived at Santa Anita at 5:30 am. It was totally worth it! The morning sun was picture perfect as you can see in these photos.
After the photo shoot, we met up with our fellow LA Bloggers for a day of watching the races. I placed my first racing bet- no, I did not win anything. My favorite part of the races is people watching anyway. I love to see all the amazing hats and outfits that people wear to the races.
Now for the dress- I mentioned a new favorite Australian brand recently called Lumier. I wore one of their dresses to the Veuve Clicquot Polo Match. When I saw that Lulu’s carries the brand I immediately had my selection in front of me. This floral printed dress is beautiful isn’t it?!
A very special thank you to Mary Frances and America’s Best Racing for putting this wonderful experience together for us. To our incredible photographer Mary-Kate- you made me feel like a muse in front of the camera. Our amazing make-up artist Evelyn who made us look like goddess’. Thank you to Lulu’s for giving us these beautiful dresses to wear and Christine A Moore Millinery for loaning us these beautiful hats for the day! Check back later this week for more photos with Kier, Roxy and me as style ambassadors for the Breeder’s Cup! Oh- and also thank you to Fiery Ferrari for letting me take a photo with you you cute horsey you!
