This Alive and Olivia floral maxi dress is another item I have been stalking on the clearance rack. It took my breath away the first time I saw it. The print always seemed to catch my eye. I hesitated unsure if the bold print was too much. I gathered second opinions on Instagram and you all voted for me to get it (thanks for the support ya’ll!) I really could not help myself when the dress dropped to 75% off. I love Alice + Olivia, but the full-priced items can be a bit expensive. That is why I hunt the clearance racks at Bloomingdale’s for Alice and Olivia pieces like this maxi dress

It is nice to have an event in mind when I purchase an item. I haven’t found a specific occasion for this dress yet. Although wearing it on my blog is a very special occasion if you ask me! Because I am so tall (5’9″) It is rare I find a maxi dress that I can actually wear with heels.

Tony and I shot this look as more of an editorial than a regular outfit post. This one was a little out of my comfort zone, but I want to take a more artistic aesthetic and really challenge myself to be more creative with my posts.
