Style Challenge: New York Fashion Week

Style Challenge: New York Fashion Week. It’s that time again for another style challenge with fellow fashionistas! This time it is all about New York Fashion Week style. When I think of New York style, I think of sleek, classy outfits with sophisticated accessories.  Something a big time Vogue editor might wear… Minimalist with a punch. Of course I had to add my own flare and pile on the jewels (all from Macys!)

This Rachel Roy jumpsuit was also a Macys find- $24 find on the clearance rack (with a coupon) and it is actually long enough for my 5’9″ frame! I believe any height can pull of a jumpsuit, you just have to find one that fits you well. The shoes are my new favorite- men’s wear inspired from Sole Society. They are like little tuxedos on my feet I love it! I was very lucky to find these Prada look-alike sunnies at the B.P section in Nordstrom. As soon as they become available again I will let you know! And of course, nothing says sophistication like a sock bun and red lips.
