Festive Holiday Coffee Bar Ideas
You all know I love hosting a good party. That means a stocked bar cart, beautiful tablescape, lots of Christmas decor and a festive holiday coffee bar!!! It’s easy to put together a coffee bar. All you need is coffee and everything that goes along with coffee.
Here’s a quick list of what to include:
-
- Coffee pot or French Press (already roasted)
- Espresso machine + milk frother
- Mugs + spoons + small plates
- Sugar + creamers
- Variety of tea selections
- Special toppings: cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, honey, sugar
- Yummy treats: donuts, muffins, biscotti cookies
- Tea Kettle of hot water on the stove

I’ve upgraded from a coffee pot to an Espressotoria Capsule machine. This way each cup of coffee is made to perfection, less mess and my guests can pick the type of espresso capsule they like.
This little coffee bar sign was a fun little DIY project created with a mini chalkboard and chalk pen from Michael’s Craft Store. The trick is to stencil it out in pencil first then write over it with a chalk marker. Etsy also has a ton of cute coffee bar signs here.
I recently got this darling copper+ glass tea box and use it to display all the different tea selections for guests to choose from. I also make sure to keep a kettle of hot water on the stove at all times so they can grab a tea whenever they would like.
No coffee bar is complete without some treats! I picked up these yummy treats from Trader Joes including apple cider donuts, maple cream filled cookies and almond biscotti cookies. I also made my favorite Paleo, gluten-free banana bread muffins with this recipe found on my Dessert Pinterest Board.
Leave the different capsule options out for guests to pick and choose their favorite flavor.
Here is a super delicious coconut + almond milk French vanilla cappuccino recipe to try:
Brew a large espresso, then mix 1/2 Coconut French Vanilla Coffee Creamer and 1/2 Almond Milk in the milk frother. Pour in the espresso and mix. It’s the perfect semi-sweet hot coffee drink. Top it with raw sugar as a nice touch. I love the So Delicious coconut milk French Vanilla Creamer available at Ralphs and Whole Foods.

I like to leave a few cinnamon sticks for guests to use to stir their coffee or tea.
