I started looking for a stylish, warm and lightweight jacket for fall a few weeks ago. Immediately I was overwhelmed by the number of options that I loved! I ordered a few to try out and it was so hard to decide which ones to keep and which ones to send back. So I thought I would round up the best fall jackets to make your buying decisions that much easier…
As I mentioned, I wanted a jacket that was warm, yet not bulky or too heavy to carry around with me. I found this jacket I am wearing on sale (60% off) and it was love at first sight. Now, normally I am freezing whenever I go on to the Venice pier at night, but this jacket kept me nice and toasty warm! In case you were wondering- that’s why my smile is SO BIG in this post. I was warm for once! Plus, I really love the quilted and faux suede detailing. The belt really helps define my waistline so I don’t feel or look like a box in photos. Does anyone else also find that a belted jacket keeps you warmer than a non-belted version? It’s probably because the belt doesn’t allow as much body heat to escape out from the bottom of the jacket.
I paired my look with my favorite fall booties and these super comfortable (and stretchy) jeans. You can shop my entire look below. Don’t forget to check out my fall essentials post to see which items you have to have this season!

Laura
