I saw this dress while reading Lucky Magazine’s “50 Best Dresses Under $50.” I have been looking for a peplum dress and this square collar style was perfect. I could not decide between two colors, but eventually went with the red because I feel that it can be worn year around as opposed to the crimson which is a fall color.
Houndstooth is amazing, if it is done well. It can easily look cheap, but I love this version. After seeing Chriara Ferragni from The Blonde Salad in her Dalmatian cape I decided I would go for it and get this houndstooth one from Macy’s. It is only available online so we shall see how much I like it once it arrives in the mail. Maybe a New York Fashion Week outfit for February?
Tweed is definitely a fall/winter fabric so not worth spending a ton of money on. That is why I particularly like this Forever 21 tweed clutch. Plus, it is in one of my favorite colors! I don’t even know the name of it, deep plum purple?
These gold & black heels have been in my online shopping cart for a while now. The minute I decided I would be a flapper for Halloween I knew that they were perfect! But they will get much more use than just Halloween. This shoe is taking the basic black pump to the next lever. The gold trim and t-strap is ultra lux yet still timeless.
