Welcome to my summer bedroom reveal! I realize you all have seen my new kitchen and my living from for spring, fall and the holidays. But what I have yet to show you is my bedroom. It has taken me a while to get around to featuring my bedroom because right now it doubles as my office which means there are normally boxes of product stacked high on my desk waiting for me to review for le blog. But with my Instagram collaboration with the new Lauren Ralph Lauren home collection at Macy’s, I figured it was the perfect time to showcase a sneak peek into this intimate space in my home. You may notice I use two different types of bedding in this post. Both are the the Graydon Bold Stripe bedding collection color dune/linen and the other set in linen. It was a lot of fun getting to set up this bedding. My room looked like a Macy’s catalog for a day and I celebrated the end of our shoot by jumping on the bed (something I always wanted to do at the department store but never could!)
Although the rest of the house is a white/gray theme, I wanted my bedroom to be a bit warmer in tone so I went with shades of beige. It’s the perfect place for me to unwind at the end of the day and I love that my room gets plenty of natural sunlight. You may have seen my struggle with my filming equipment all over the place on my Insta Story yesterday. Someday I’ll have a separate room just for filming my YouTube videos. Until then, this room is multi functional as my office/bedroom/and walk in closet. I’ve linked all of my other bedroom items below for you to shop.
