Aloha from Maui! We are currently on day 4 of our vacation here. I had never been to Maui before, only Oahu. It was not difficult to fall in love with the beauty and serenity of this island. As some of you may know, I am a huge Kate Middleton fan. Everything about her resonates with me: her style, her charm, her smile. Often times I find myself buying something because I believe it is something she would wear. This pink coat is the perfect example. Kate has quite the coat collection and each of the styles is very ladylike. I am especially drawn to the colorful ones. This pink version was a fairly recent find at H&M for $49. It was quite boxy so I had my tailor take it in around the waist to give it a bit of definition. Overall I am very happy with it. It’s just too bad it is already summer in Los Angeles now and there will not be many opportunities to wear it until next spring!
