3.1 Phillip Lim Party in Beverly Hills

It is true, Los Angeles is a slew of never ending parties and social events. The 3.1 Phillip Lim bash in West Hollywood on the famous Robertson Boulevard was no exception. The room was full of gorgeous people. It is such a thrill to scope out what everyone wears to different kinds of events. For this one there was definitely a lot of black and white, minimalist and statement pieces

. LA fashion bloggers Jules from Sincerely Jules and Geri Hirsch from Because I’m Addicted hosted the event. However the best part was having my friends around. I was so close to showing up in the same gorgeous floral blazer as Rachael. Luckily I didn’t! I just cannot believe I left right before Aimee Song from Song of Style showed up! She is one of my blogging idols and I always seem to be so close to meeting her yet just out of touch.

My outfit was based around the new Melie Bianco bag I just received (thank you Melie!) People kept asking where my dress was from and I laughed out loud when I told them it was a $2 find on the Charlotte Russe clearance rack years ago. See, it pays to be persistent in hitting the sales rack!
